We are your direct contact for travel arrangements. We will be happy to advise you on hotel bookings for you and your family and take care of your transfer from the airport to us at the clinic.

In our clinics, we have experienced and empathetic patient care staff who have excellent knowledge of the expectations and wishes of international patients. They usually speak several foreign languages - especially Arabic, but of course also English and Russian if necessary. They are at your and your family's disposal at all times for the duration of your stay.

So that you can keep up to date even if you don't know German, you can of course also receive international TV channels with us. You can also surf the internet via our WiFi, some of which is free of charge.

It goes without saying that our Muslim patients receive halal meals. In some clinics we have prayer rooms as well as lounges separated by gender. 

After reviewing your documents and all findings, our experienced specialists will prepare a detailed treatment and cost plan for you. The resulting cost estimates are based on German billing logic. They are always prepared transparently and comprehensibly for you. The same applies, of course, to the final invoice.
